Start Date: Initial screening calls will take place in January Are you passionate about driving change and turning emerging technologies into real business impact? We're looking for an AI Enablement Manager who will act as the critical bridge between cutting-edge AI solutions and the people who use them. This role is all about adoption, change management, and training—ensuring AI tools are successfully integrated into workflows, maximizing value while minimizing disruption. You'll help shape culture, build trust, and empower teams to embrace AI confidently and responsibly. What You'll Do Design and deliver an AI enablement plan aligned with organizational objectives, scaling AI effectively across the business. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and champion AI initiatives. Create and run workshops, training programs, and digital content that bring AI learning to life. Establish ethical standards and best practices for safe, responsible AI use. Partner with AI teams and use case leads to foster an AI-ready workplace and nurture communities of practice. Define and track adoption metrics, business benefits, and value creation. Support teams through change, managing resistance and embedding new ways of working. Develop clear communication materials—videos, case studies, presentations—to showcase success stories. Drive innovation through enablement communities, crowdsourcing, and prototyping. Lead by example in building AI skills and knowledge. What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in adoption practices, change management, and AI-aligned technology within Life Sciences. Familiarity with AI concepts and workplace productivity applications. Knowledge of enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
