IT Resilience & Continuity Specialist - 12 Months - Hybrid (Belgium or Luxembourg) - €650 per day We are seeking an experienced IT Resilience & Continuity Specialist for a 12-month contract, working directly with a major customer. This role focuses on developing advanced, technically driven resilience and continuity scenarios - not traditional BCP/DRP/BIA work. You will design and model realistic failure modes, cyber intrusion paths, and resilience strategies across complex IT landscapes, collaborating with both IT and cybersecurity teams to strengthen organisational resilience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and refine technical resilience and continuity scenarios, including cyber-driven scenarios such as malware intrusion, ransomware, and critical service disruption. Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to model realistic technical failure modes and effective response pathways. Support the definition and documentation of resilience requirements, mitigation strategies, and response capabilities across complex IT environments. Contribute to technical assessments to ensure alignment between designed scenarios and real-world system capabilities. Act as a trusted consultant for resilience scenario design and technical continuity planning. Provide ongoing guidance, collaboration, and improvements to help enhance resilience maturity. What You Will Ideally Bring: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity fundamentals, and technical risk. Proven experience designing scenario-based resilience or continuity plans, with a technical, hands-on focus (not classical business continuity disciplines). Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT and cyber teams, shaping practical and realistic resilience paths. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex risks into actionable and structured resilience scenarios. Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with stakeholders across technical domains.
