Your Responsibilities | Finance – Corporate Governance – Legal Manager – Corporate Manager •You will manage a small team, assigning tasks and reviewing their work to ensure quality.
•Profile and Career Path | Finance – Corporate Governance – Legal Manager – Corporate Manager •You have at least 7 years of experience as a Corporate Manager or Head of Legal in a similar environment, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or ManCo in Luxembourg, which will help you integrate smoothly into your new role.
•To communicate effectively with both clients and your team, you are fluent in English and Russian .
•You bring substantial team management experience , a key factor for success with your new team.
•This role involves significant responsibilities, so being proactive and organized , with a commitment to supporting the team, is essential.
