Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive LineHaul & DSP Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to oversee logistics procurement activities in Liège, Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing transportation services, including LineHaul and DSP (Delivery Service Partner), to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and select suitable LineHaul carriers and DSP partners in Belgium Develop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers to secure optimal terms and service levels Analyze transportation costs, market trends, and supplier performance to continuously optimize procurement strategies Manage RFQs, negotiate contracts, and enforce compliance with procurement policies Collaborate with internal teams to understand logistics needs and ensure seamless service delivery Monitor and report on KPIs related to logistics procurement performance Stay updated on logistics industry developments and market dynamics in Belgium Qualifications and Experience: 3-5 years of experience in logistics procurement, transportation sourcing, or related fields Fluent in English&Chinese, with excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Belgian languages (Dutch, French, or German) preferred Strong understanding of LineHaul operations, DSP, and international logistics market in Belgium Analytical mindset with good negotiation skills and supplier management capabilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
