•You will be responsible for filing necessary information or updates on company registries.
•You will liaise directly with clients as well as administrative bodies.
•You may also organize board meetings and coordinate with all relevant parties. Profile and Career Path | Support – Finance – Law firm – Administration – Corporate Assistant •You have at least 2 years of experience within a financial institution (fiduciary, PFS, or AIFM) or a law firm in Luxembourg, which will help you transition smoothly into your new role.
•Fluency in French , English , and Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with your contacts.
•You consider yourself proactive and organized , which helps you meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• Strong communication skills are essential for providing excellent client service. Offer | Support – Finance – Law firm – Administration – Corporate Assistant •You will earn a salary of up to €60,000 gross per year , reflecting the value of your work within the firm.
