Our Public Affairs consultancy, based in Brussels is seeking a motivated EU Public Affairs Consultant to reinforce our team. The role involves supporting key corporate clients and associations, within the digital sector. Political Intelligence Brussels is seeking an experienced Public Affairs consultant with a passion for EU Digital public policy to reinforce our team. You will be a trusted advisor to clients mainly active across the digital policy landscape. Your role will involve autonomously managing client portfolios and providing strategic guidance across complex digital policy files. If you're ready to gain knowledge on the EU policy sphere, make an impact, and work on issues that matter, you might be the consultant we're looking for Main responsibilities: Identify policy opportunities and threats relevant to our client Provide strategic advice on ongoing policy developments Monitor and analyse political initiatives and draft policy briefs Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders Design and implement tailored Public Affairs strategies in the data protection & content moderation field Manage client relationships with professionalism, proactivity and strategic insight Contribute to new business development by supporting pitches and identifying potential growth opportunities What we're looking for: Excellent level of English with any additional EU languages being an asset minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a consultancy or a policy-focused environment, and have developed the skills needed to navigate the EU Digital policy area and regulatory landscape, whether through work in public affairs, government, administration, or a related field Sound understanding of the EU decision-making process and solid knowledge of key EU Digital Policies.
