Als Quality & Compliance Manager ontwerp, implementeer en onderhoud je Quality Management Systems (procedures). Je past Quality Risk Management (QRM) principes toe, en leidt formele management review meetings. Een groot deel van je takenpakket ben je natuurlijk bezig met kwaliteit. Je waakt over product kwaliteit, afwijkingen, impact van hard- en software op kwaliteit, ... Bovenop dit gevariëerde takenpakket zal je als Q&C Manager ervoor zorgen dat initiële en continue trainingsprogramma's worden geïmplementeerd en onderhouden worden, en beoordeel je de effectiviteit van deze trainingen.
Als Quality & Compliance Manager ben/heb je:
Master in een wetenschappelijke richting en minimum 2 jaar ervaring in QA
Goede kennis van GDP en Supply Chain
Sterke communicatieve skills in het Engels en Frans
Een oog voor kwaliteit
Administratief sterk
