The Senior Functional Analyst will join the R&D Team, responsible for the successful & timely implementation of the UMAX solution, with a focus on Finance.
UMAX is the brand name of our software solution for water and energy utilities. It automates their business processes and enables them to better engage with their customers. UMAX is a cloud-based solution, built on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

are the link between Business and IT, for example on the subjects of CRM, Finance, Billing, Meter Data Management, Asset Management,...
manage internal customer expectations, and translate Business & Functional requirements into application solutions
follow up on testing and guarantee quality of the solution
have strong analytical skills (master’s degree or equivalent through experience)
are skilled in identifying business requirements and can understand customers’ business processes
have a strong interest in IT and are eager to learn about the Utilities market, the typical business processes etc.
have excellent oral and written communications skills in English
are a team player with true problem-solving mentality
are hands-on, like to take initiatives and are driven by quality
