Over de vacature Het Customer Happiness team bij Rentio is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Support Specialist die de extra (s)mile gaat om klanten en huurders snel en efficiënt te helpen bij het gebruik van ons platform. Rentio biedt met haar platform een totaaloplossing voor vastgoedmakelaars en patrimoniumvennootschappen die vastgoed verhuren en beheren: van kandidaat huurders die online solliciteren, up-to-date contracten, digitaal tekenen van contracten, makkelijk huurgelden innen en opvolgen tot automatisch indexeren en taakbeheer. Wat houdt de job juist in Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten via mail en telefoon en je waakt over een snelle behandeling van hun vragen. Met jouw diepgaande productkennis, geef je ook proactief advies over hoe ze alle features van Rentio optimaal kunnen gebruiken. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de verschillende afdelingen en zorgt voor een goede doorstroming van informatie naar de juiste collega en zorgt voor terugkoppeling naar de klant toe. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratief takenpakket van Rentio Move. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders en je zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte afhandeling van hun verhuisdossiers. Jouw skills Je bent een sterke en enthousiaste communicator Je bent erg servicegericht, de klant komt bij jou op de eerste plaats Je vindt snel je weg in softwaretoepassingen en digitale tools Naast het Nederlands, kan je ook goed je plan trekken in het Frans en het Engels Feedback van klanten over features en bugs weet je om te zetten in advies richting het product en development team Je kan daarenboven goed luisteren en relevante informatie en opportuniteiten opvangen Je bent iemand die oplossingsgericht denkt en goed zijn/haar plan kan trekken Een eerste relevante werkervaring mag maar is geen vereiste Kennis van verhuur en vastgoedbeheer is een plus maar zeker geen must Bachelor/master denkniveau Ons aanbod Rentio is een scale-up en een platform als geen ander.
