In deze rol ondersteun je de Quality Manager bij het beheren, ontwikkelen en verbeteren van het Integrated Management System (IMS). Samen zorgen we ervoor dat de kwaliteitssystemen en -processen binnen onze organisatie voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden en blijven verbeteren.
Audit en opvolging : Je plant en organiseert interne audits, voert deze uit en zorgt voor een duidelijke opvolging van eventuele verbeterpunten. Change management & kwaliteitsbewaking : Samen met de Quality Manager ontwikkel je beleidsconcepten en stel je duidelijke rapportages op. Training en communicatie : Je organiseert interne infosessies en trainingen om collega’s bewust te maken van kwaliteitsdoelen en standaarden;
Je hebt geen uitgebreide ervaring in Kwaliteitssystemen en normeringen nodig, maar wel een sterke basis in Office, met name Excel en PowerPoint. Je maakt je nieuwe software snel eigen en weet na een korte opleiding zelfstandig je weg te vinden in onze systemen;
Je bent analytisch sterk en kan uitstekend communiceren in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
