We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys bridging business needs with smart Salesforce solutions, and is eager to drive meaningful transformation in the non-profit sector. As a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant – FinDock & Non-Profit , you will play a key role in ensuring delivery continuity, supporting go-lives and post-go-live phases, and contributing to the growth of a strategic practice within a people-first, fast-moving consulting environment.
You’ve never worked with Salesforce in a project delivery context.
You only know FinDock through training, without real project exposure .
You’re not comfortable navigating between business and tech teams.

3+ years of strong experience in Salesforce project delivery , with a solid understanding of functional consulting .
~ Hands-on experience with FinDock on at least one real project ( implementation , go-live , or post-go-live support ).
~ Experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud ( strong non-profit Salesforce delivery exposure is a plus).
~ Able to translate business needs into clear user stories and collaborate effectively with technical teams .
~ Skilled in documentation , configuration, testing , and validation to support high-quality releases .
~ Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Consultant…) are strong assets.
~ Fluent in French or Dutch AND English.
~ Curious in how you grow, #Structured in how you deliver, and #Committed in what you bring to the team.
As a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant – FinDock & Non-Profit , your mission will include:
Business Analysis & Advisory
Structure requirements and translate them into actionable functional deliverables , taking into account technical possibilities, business processes and market best practices
Write clear functional specifications and support solution design decisions.
Configuration the Salesforce platform
Provide structured functional support and guidance to stakeholders when questions arise.
Testing & Validation
Define test cases and validate end-to-end solutions.
Support release readiness and ensure quality standards are met.
Training & Change Enablement
Deliver training sessions and create practical documentation for end users.
Support adoption and change across different stakeholder groups.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Share knowledge and contribute to best practices around FinDock and Non-Profit Cloud .
Support and mentor junior consultants when relevant.
