Pour renforcer son équipe, elle recherche un(e) Délégué(e) Technico-Commercial(e) expérimenté(e), passionné(e) par le secteur de la construction et motivé(e) par le contact client et le challenge technique. Vous êtes un acteur clé entre les clients, le bureau d'études et les services internes. Votre rôle consiste à développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients tout en garantissant la faisabilité technique et la rentabilité économique des projets. Vos principales responsabilités : Développer les ventes via des actions de prospection et de suivi client. Analyser les besoins techniques des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées. Étudier la faisabilité des appels d'offres et coordonner les études de prix. Présenter, négocier et conclure les offres commerciales. Assurer le suivi des contrats et la satisfaction client jusqu'à la livraison. Collaborer avec le bureau d'études et la production pour garantir la conformité technique des projets. Gérer les avenants, les éventuels litiges et le suivi financier des dossiers. Profil du candidat: Formation technique (Bachelier ou équivalent) dans le domaine du bâtiment, génie civil ou construction. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire (idéalement en construction, préfabrication ou menuiserie). Bonne compréhension des plans, cahiers des charges et aspects techniques d'un chantier. Excellentes compétences en négociation et en communication. Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'organisation. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément. Permis B et mobilité requise. Ce que le client offre: Un CDI à temps plein dans une entreprise stable et en croissance.
