Functieomschrijving De Lijn is op zoek naar een ervaren SAP Functioneel Expert met ervaring in SAP CO om ons intern ERP Competence Center (CC ERP) te versterken. Als SAP Functioneel expert zal je deelnemen aan de projectomschrijving, uitvoering en oplevering van diverse initiatieven in zijn kennisdomein. Ook zal je je kennis delen met zijn mede collega’s om de inkomende incidenten en service aanvragen op te lossen. Je zal betrokken zijn bij alle facetten van de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten waarbij hij nauw zal samenwerken met de interne klant, de implementatiepartner en de interne ICT-diensten. Volgende taken vallen binnen je opdracht: analyse, configuratie, testen, training, uitschrijven van project en proces documentatie, tenslotte zal je eveneens betrokken zijn bij de cut-over, de uitrol en het verdere beheer van het opgeleverde product. Je zal werken binnen een SAP S/4 HANA omgeving. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden * Je vertegenwoordigt de interne ICT-organisatie t.O.V. de stakeholders * Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt en adviseur van de business unit Financiën voor nieuwe SAP-initiatieven * Je werkt oplossingen uit binnen je vakgebied * Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en stelt een best-practice oplossing volgens de richtlijnen van SAP * Je neemt deel aan systeemtesten, functionele testen, upgrades, verbeteringsvoorstellen en productie fixes. * Je capteert de vereisten en uitschrijven op basis van standaardtemplates en je fungeert als het kanaal tussen de klantgemeenschap en het ICT-team. Je bepaalt de prioriteiten in samenwerking met het CC ERP team, volgt de verzoeken op (wijzigingen, verbeteringen, enz.) en bepaalt de vereisten met behulp van interviews, documenten, analyses, vereistenworkshops, enquêtes, sitebezoeken, beschrijvingen van bedrijfsprocessen, scenario's, bedrijfsanalyse en taak en workflow analyse. Profiel Vereisten * Senior kennisniveau in CO (+ 10 jaar) * Ervaring met minimaal een S/4 HANA 2021 omgeving * Minimaal 2 volledige end-to-end implementatieprojecten afgerond * Diepgaande expertise in het integreren van CO met andere SAP modules, zoals FI, MM, PM, PS, SD en FICA waardoor een holistische benadering van het financieel beheer kan aangeboden worden * Grondige kennis van boekhoudgegevens en hoe deze te gebruiken voor het analyseren en evalueren van financiële prestaties * Beschikt over sterke kennis van en ervaring met SAP-configuratie * In staat om problemen met het systeem op te lossen (indien nodig) * SAP certificeringin SAP CO * Nederlandstalig * Kennis van het openbaar vervoer in Vlaanderen is een pluspunt Aanbod Groepsverzekering Maaltijdcheques Laptop Individuele hospitalisatieverzekering Sinterklaas Extra-legale vakantiedagen Thuiswerk Anciënniteitsverlof Voor het derde jaar op rij mogen we ons een ‘Baanbrekende Werkgever’ noemen.
