Career growth by working on modern Azure technologies (Synapse, Databricks, Fabric) in production environments
Recognition and ownership as a key contributor to core data platforms
Build and improve scalable Azure data platforms that serve analytics and AI teams across the organisation
Create reliable data pipelines that turn raw data into trusted insights for dashboards and models
Optimise performance and data quality so stakeholders can confidently rely on the data
Work with modern tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks/Spark, Python, and SQL to solve real business problems
Apply DevOps and IaC practices to deliver faster, safer, and more maintainable data solutions
Translate business needs into clear, usable data products that create measurable value
Hands-on experience with the Azure data ecosystem (Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Fabric or similar)
Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience building data pipelines at scale
A solid understanding of data modelling and warehousing concepts
The ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is preferred
