As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will become part of the corporate team, where we support our consultants throughout their journey. What is your role? You will join a team of three people, all motivated by the same goal of meeting future colleagues and creating an exciting career path for them. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will: Analyze business needs, Determine a sourcing strategy and search for candidates, primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter, while building your network, Lead interviews to learn more about the candidates and represent CBTW, Present shortlisted candidates to Account Managers and select the best talents, Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and candidates meet with hiring managers, and provide relevant feedback after each step, Prepare and present offers, as well as handling negotiations and contract signings, Participate in job fairs and other events, representing CBTW, Actively participate within the Talent Acquisition team by collaborating with your colleagues, contributing to team dynamics and participating in joint training sessions, Define a recruitment strategy, Work on internal projects and employer branding initiatives. What is your profile? You have: A Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a specialization in Management, Human Resources or Psychology, You speak Dutch and English fluently, and ideally have a good level in French, Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in the IT sector, Interest and curiosity in technology and innovation, Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset that allow you to interact with candidates in a natural and professional manner, Plenty of empathy and the ability to exude confidence to both candidates and colleagues, A proactive attitude: you take initiative, bring things together and take responsibility, A solution-oriented attitude and a real team player, In short: you describe yourself as goal-oriented and people-oriented You will be an excellent candidate if you share our values: Positive thinking, collaboration, evolution and commitment.
