The Change Manager - Construction Engineer plays a central role in ensuring the controlled and efficient management of all modifications affecting the Early Warning Notification (EWN) scope within a large-scale construction or data center program. Acting as a coordination hub between project leadership, technical engineering teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders, the role ensures that every change is assessed with rigor, aligned with project priorities, and implemented according to established governance processes. This function requires strong structure, risk awareness, and the ability to navigate dynamic project environments with evolving constraints. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of changes impacting project deliverables, from initial request to post‑implementation review. Assess risks, impacts, dependencies, and resource requirements to support accurate decision-making. Ensure changes align with project schedules, construction phases, and commissioning activities. Prepare and maintain change documentation and manage approval workflows. Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to coordinate change execution. Maintain accurate and auditable change records, logs, and reports in accordance with governance standards. Identify potential conflicts or disruptions and propose proactive mitigation strategies. Support release and transition planning to ensure a smooth handover from project execution to operational readiness. Required Qualifications & Experience Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects. Solid knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery methodologies. Proficiency in cost management or reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight timelines. Attention to detail and accuracy.
