afarax is looking for a freelance Application Project Manager. We need you The project: Our client in the financial sector, is seeking an experienced Application Project Manager to strengthen their team. As Project Manager of different projects, you ensure that projects are appropriately prepared, planned, run and completed on time and within budget and with the necessary quality (reach the business case). You manage and mitigate project risks along the project and guarantee that the project's objectives are met (according to scope). You create transparency for all stakeholders. Projects are separate to usual day-to-day business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. Capacity planning is key to have the necessary availability and focus across the project team members. Is this you? Sound knowledge of one of the 2 local languages Dutch or French (written and orally), with good understanding of the other language (allowing project members to express themselves in one of the 2 local languages) Sound knowledge of English, both written and orally as it is the standard language for all documentation and minutes. At least 5-6 years of relevant experience Good IT background Practical experience with running projects involving Salesforce (main tool, from lead mngt to invoicing) - good understanding of the integrated solution and components (CPQ, FSL, CRM, ) and concepts Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) and light automations Experience with Agile accelerator module of Salesforce Solid experience in project management methods, processes and tools (Waterfall methods like Prince2 (> 5y) , Agile (> 3y), Clarity, MS Projects) Most projects are executed in waterfall mode but with use of good techniques from Agile (like standups for follow up, working with minimal via products for intermediary value, etc). Experience in both methods and use of 'best of both' should be demonstrated Facilitation skills and orchestrating multiple stakeholders, both internal and external Experience in working closely together with external service providers Experience in the concerned domain(s), either banking regulatory aspect is very relevant How afarax supports you?
