Our expertise lies in supporting Field Services Operations through consulting in digital transformation.
In short, we help transform traditional operations into a smart, customer‐centric, technology oriented and efficient operations.
We are now looking for several freelance Senior Business Analysts & Transformation Experts who will drive with our team the shaping of our clients' Service Transformation journey.
You will work with internal and client stakeholders across Field Service Operations, Finance and IT.
Your mission: scan, design, challenge and help implement the processes, governance and tools in line with the expected outcome and value in a well-known service company.
Map and analyse end‐to‐end Field Service Operations processes and downstream procedures (on‐boarding flows, work‐order handling, field execution, billing triggers).
Supported by FSM software expert, conduct a deep dive into the existing FSM software environment: evaluate current usage, data quality and automation potential; Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories; Support roll‐out of new processes and tools, including test planning, training materials and adoption tracking.
8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Consultant in service operations, field service or similar processes. Good understanding on how SAP/CRM/FSM/ERP platforms support operational processes
comfortable leading workshops in French and / or Dutch. English is mandatory.
Direct impact – work with the leadership team and senior client stakeholders on high‐visibility programmes.
Variety & growth – tackle a mix of process, data and tool challenges across multiple domains.
