Description de la fonction Nous recherchons un(e) Team Lead pour l'équipe Middleware (/- 10 personnes), qui, au sein du service IT Business Partnering & Applications, est responsable de la gestion des serveurs d'applications et de la plateforme d'intégration. Concrètement, l'équipe est en charge de : configurer et maintenir les différents serveurs d'applications (Apache Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, Microsoft IIS) configurer et maintenir les différents composants de la plateforme d'intégration (IBM MQSeries, IBM webMethods, EXDI Gateway, Google Apigee API Gateway) développer et maintenir des flux d'intégration ESB pour l'échange de données entre les applications internes et externes assurer une garde 24/7 pour le support des composants critiques de middleware. En tant qu'Ingénieur Système responsable de l'équipe Middleware : vous êtes le moteur d'une équipe d'experts techniques. Vous jouez un rôle de liaison entre votre équipe et les autres collègues IT, en veillant à une collaboration optimale, un environnement de travail positif et l'atteinte des objectifs individuels et collectifs vous comprenez et analysez les besoins de vos clients, les exigences de sécurité, les priorités stratégiques et les évolutions du marché dans votre domaine vous recherchez des solutions et définissez des projets pour répondre aux besoins identifiés vous implémentez et maintenez ces solutions avec votre équipe, tout en assurant leur suivi et leur évolution vous assurez une répartition efficace du travail et coordonnez les activités des experts techniques de votre équipe vous soutenez vos collaborateurs dans leur développement personnel et professionnel à travers du coaching, du mentorat et du feedback vous fournissez du support et des conseils à vos collègues IT sur le middleware vous êtes responsable de l'achat de logiciels et de services liés au middleware et participez aux procédures d'appel d'offres. Profil vous êtes titulaire d'un master en Informatique ou équivalent par expérience et vous avez un fort intérêt pour l'IT vous avez au minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur IT et dans la gestion d'équipes vous avez des connaissances dans un ou plusieurs des domaines mentionnés ci-dessus vous possédez de solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes vous prenez des responsabilités et des décisions avec un objectif d'amélioration continue vous avez une attitude positive et êtes motivé(e) à développer des solutions créatives avec votre équipe vous êtes capable de définir et de gérer les priorités de votre équipe en collaboration avec d'autres équipes vous avez une passion pour la recherche de solutions de qualité et rentables vous attachez de l'importance à la précision et à la qualité vous communiquez couramment en français et avez au moins des bases en néerlandais (niveau A2) ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau B1).
