ELECTRONIC ENGINEER - ROESELARE (BELGIUM) - PERMANENT POSITION
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Electronics Engineer to join our team and act as a key liaison between external design houses, customers, and internal production teams. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy hands-on prototyping, and have a passion for delivering high-quality electronic products.
You will ensure that designs, prototypes, and manufacturing processes meet technical specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
You will also contribute to prototype development, including building, testing, and troubleshooting electronic circuits to validate new designs or modifications. This is a highly visible role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong technical expertise in electronics.
Coordinate and manage projects with external design houses, ensuring timely delivery, technical compliance, and alignment with internal requirements.
Collaborate closely with production teams to support manufacturing processes, implement design changes, and resolve technical issues.
Build and test prototypes to validate new designs, modifications, and design improvements.
Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including design records, test results, and communications with external partners and customers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with prototyping tools, lab equipment, and test procedures.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production support is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with external design houses, customers, and internal teams.
