We zoeken een Senior Advisor. Met inhoud. Met netwerk. En met bewezen commerciële slagkracht. Bij Essensys werken we met organisaties op momenten waarop het ertoe doet: verstoring in continuiteit, herstructureringen, M&A-contexten, leiderschapswissels en strategische transformaties. Dat vraagt geen klassieke interim invulling. En ook geen pure salesrol. Wij zoeken een Senior Advisor die: zelf senior of executive ervaring heeft, complexe dossiers inhoudelijk kan lezen en challengen, én aantoonbaar succesvol is in het vermarktenvan professionele diensten aan seniors, C-level en boardniveau. De rol Als Senior Advisor combineer je business development, inhoudelijke maturiteit en executive advisory. Concreet: Je bouwt en beheert een eigen portfolio van C-level en boardrelaties Je verkoopt complexe diensten: change & transformation en Advisory Trajecten, Executive Search & interim management Je begeleidt organisaties in complexe contexten (restructureringen, M&A, transformatie) Je positioneert Essensys als trusted advisor, niet als leverancier Je werkt autonoom, maar in nauwe samenwerking met andere senior advisors en partners Je voert deze dossiers niet operationeel uit, maar je bent inhoudelijk betrokken, stuurt scherp en bewaakt kwaliteit. Wat we expliciet zoeken (must-haves) Minstens 15 jaar ervaring in een senior of executive rol (C-1, C-level, MD, Partner, BU-lead,...) Een bestaand en actief netwerk op executive niveau (cruciale succesfactor) Aantoonbare succesvolle ervaring in het vermarkten van complexe professionele diensten (consulting, advisory, interim, executive search...) aan senior decision makers Ervaring met complexe verandercontexten (restructuring, M&A, strategische transformatie) Minstens één inhoudelijk expertise-domein (finance, operations, people & org, strategy, governance,...) Professionele maturiteit om: autonoom te werken én samen te werken met andere senior peers binnen een strategisch kader
