In dit kader zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Functional Analyst Taakomschrijving De business processen en gebruikersbehoeften werden eerder al gedocumenteerd in een "Business Analyse" Op basis van deze Business Analyse vertaal je de behoeften naar functionaliteiten en een IT oplossing. Met andere woorden, je hebt de gave om de gebruikersnoden om te zetten in duidelijke logica Je onderzoekt verbeteringen, zorgt voor optimalisatie, tekent de gewenste processen uit en stelt de acceptatie criteria op, in nauwe samenwerking met de business Jouw documentatie vormt de basis voor je technische collega's, zoals een technisch analist, het ontwikkelteam en de testers Je houdt nauw contact met je naaste collega's zoals de business analisten en je technische collega's, maar zeker ook met de gebruikers van de business Profiel omschrijving Je beschikt over een bachelor/master diploma in de informatica/ICT of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als functioneel analist Je hebt interesse in de brede werking van de Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken, waarbij je een belangrijke rol zal opnemen in de digitalisering van verschillende businessprocessen binnen het programma eMigration Je bent analytisch en werkt gestructureerd Je bent vertrouwd met grote en complexe IT projecten Je bent communicatief zeer sterk, luistervaardig en vlot in de omgang Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van UML, en optioneel ook van BPMN, CMMN en/of DMN. Kennis van Jason is een plus maar niet noodzakelijk Kennis van Enterprise Architect wordt als troef beschouwd Kennis van UX / UI principes en van Figma wordt als troef beschouwd Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt kennis van het Frans.
