FunctieomschrijvingDe afdeling Accounting Methodology is het centraal raakpunt voor alle activiteiten die binnen Belfius Groep worden verricht aangezien de afdeling instaat voor de uitwerking van een correcte verwerking van deze activiteiten in de financiële rapportering. Dit vereist een goed begrip van alle aangeboden producten en verrichte transacties alsook een grondige kennis van IFRS en andere regelgevingen. De rol en verantwoordelijkheid van de afdeling Accounting Methodology wordt steeds belangrijker als gevolg van de toenemende complexiteit van de internationale financiële verslaggeving en vereist oplossingsgerichte adviesverlening met een hoge toegevoegde waarde.
De job in een notendop- Opvolging van de evoluties op het gebied van IFRS en andere regelgevingen die van belang zijn voor de financiële rapportering binnen Belfius Groep.
- Actieve deelname aan het goedkeuringsproces bij de lancering van nieuwe producten en/of financiële transacties.
- Opstellen van schema’s bij de lancering van nieuwe producten of de introductie van nieuwe of aangepaste IFRS normen.
- Verlenen van ad hoc deskundig advies omtrent de verwerking van financiële producten en/of transacties.
- Organiseren van vormingen omtrent specifieke IFRS topics.
Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

- universitair diploma economie of gelijkwaardige ervaring (in een economische of financiële richting)
- enkele jaren ervaring in een internationaal auditkantoor is een pluspunt
- goede kennis IFRS en de wil om deze kennis verder uit te diepen
- uitstekende mondelinge en geschreven communicatie
- goede kennis van het Engels, Nederlands en Frans
