Medical Administrative Assistant

For our client, a major player in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a Medical Administrative Assistant. This is a 6-month temporary position with the possibility of a permanent contract.
Job description:
- You give general administrative support to the Medical Affairs department.
- You are the first point of contact for customer questions and resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.
- You take care of the communication between different departments to meet deadlines and objectives.
- You handle the creation and signing of contracts and follow up on payments.
- You place orders and track them until payment is completed.
- You create purchase orders in SAP and follow up on them.
- You ensure that administration is carried out according to company regulations.
- Using the Medista app, you request medical samples and track their delivery.
Who are you?
- You have a relevant diploma and several years of experience in an administrative role.
- You can communicate fluently in English/Dutch or English/French.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
- You are proactive.
- You are flexible but can prioritize during busy periods.
- You are social and communicate in a pleasant but professional way.
