Functional Analyst

Responsibilities in functional analysis:
Translates business requirements into functional requirements, containing acceptance criteriaDefines functional specifications (front-end + middle-layer)Ensures quality assurance of the final product by conducting tests and validationsProvides support during the implementation of the solutionCoordinates and communicates with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the client's requirementCommunicates in a clear, concise manner (both in analysis and via other channels)ProfileCompleted degree in computer science or a similar fieldAt least 5 years of experience as a Business/Functional AnalystFluent in English and either Dutch or French, both orally and written.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience in analyzing business processes and systemsAbility question requirements in a healthily critical way and record a supported conclusionExperience in drafting functional specifications and defining requirementsWill work (at least) 2 days in the officesPlusExperience with Agile development methodologiesKnowledge of project management methodologiesExperience in using data to make decisions and solve problemsConformity criteriaLanguage skills - Dutch and/or French (with a good knowledge of the other) + English (mandate)5 or more years of experience in functional/business analysisProfound knowledge BPMN and/or UMLOn-shore, i.E. based in Belgium
