In this function, you will perform mechanical assemblies on various equipment, such as compressors, pumps, and gearboxes. Responsibilities include disassembling, revising, and assembling mechanical components based on technical drawings, applying specific techniques like fitting, aligning, and determining clearances, and using specialized tools such as bearing pullers, blowtorches, torque wrenches, and more.
The candidate must ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment, actively participate in toolbox meetings and safety instructions, conduct Last Minute Risk Analyses (LMRA), and report incidents.
Additionally, the candidate will support junior technicians through guidance and training, act as a mentor and point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period, and supervise the progress and quality of performed tasks.
