Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Controller for one of our clients, with 5 years of experience in controlling, a first experience in accounting, and fluent in both French and Dutch. The position is based in Belgium, in a sector outside of banking and insurance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the company
- Prepare financial reports and track KPIs
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Participate in the creation of budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Provide analytical support to the financial management team in making strategic decisions
Desired Profile:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, with a first experience in accounting
- Strong proficiency in reporting tools and ERP systems
- Analytical and rigorous mindset
- Excellent command of both French and Dutch, written and spoken
- Ability to interact with different stakeholders and work in a team
