The company is active worldwide in the manufacture and sale of equipment for the water treatment market (aeration, mixing, foam breaking, decanting etc.). Thanks to unique, patented products and continuous R&D, Aquasystems International NV and SFA enviro have become a major equipment supplier in the world market. To support the growth of our company, we are looking for a: Sales Engineer (M/F/X) Environmental-Water Sector Job Description: After internal training, you will become an integral part of our sales department. You will report directly to the sales manager. With the support of the engineering team, you will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial quotations, following them up, negotiating the contracts, and providing backup for your sales colleagues during their absences. You will be responsible for managing and developing a sales network of agents and distributors as well as developing sales of our entire product range directly to a wide range of customers (contractors, industrials, local authorities). You will be based in Halle, 20 minutes from Brussels. You will travel (+/- 20% of your time) in Belgium and Europe (trade fairs, customer visits) and, depending on your experience, you may also be asked to work on further exports (Asia, Africa). With the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the development of the sales strategy and the implementation of the associated action plan for the company. Finally, you will also play a key role in monitoring overall customer satisfaction with the products and services we provide. Requirements: Engineering degree / Business school diploma 5 years or more of professional experience in B-to-B sales of technical products Fluent in Dutch – English - French Commercial and communicative with a passion for the environment and technical products Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and social media (particularly LinkedIn) Dynamic, flexible, results focused and customer satisfaction oriented, open minded, team player and able to work independently Experience in the Environmental-Water sector is desirable We are offering: Pleasant working atmosphere in a dynamic team A rewarding and multicultural environment An exciting position in a sector focused on the environment A salary: fixed & variable Company car Sectoral Contributory Pension Scheme and a Company Health Insurance Scheme Interested?
