Treasury Officer

- Manage the efficient and accurate processing of various financial transactions, such as payments, capital requests, and distributions, etc.
- Manage the opening and administration of bank and custody accounts.
- Ensure adherence to business processes and controls, and regularly review procedures for potential improvements.
- Create and deliver both standard and customized cash flow reports tailored to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and other external parties to ensure accurate settlement processes.
- Analyze and address settlement discrepancies, revising internal procedures as necessary.
- Work with legal and tax teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and assist in meeting reporting obligations, including those related to FATCA and CRS.
The Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate services in Luxembourg or a respected law firm, working with unregulated entities at SPV level, AIF, real estate, or private equity structures.
- Autonomous, well organised to juggle with various deadlines
- Excellent command of English, with proficiency in additional languages as a bonus due to our multicultural work environment.
