Project Manager – Fire Protection Systems (Immediate Start) Netherlands (main base) / Antwerp Office Full-time | Permanent €4,000–€6,000/month + Car + Fuel Card + Phone + 13.92 months salary + Benefits About the Role We are looking for an adaptable and self-driven Project Manager to join our growing team in the fire protection sector. This role is ideal for someone with experience (or a strong desire to develop) in fire safety systems — particularly sprinkler systems — and who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic project environment. With a main base in the Netherlands and an additional office in Antwerp, you'll manage exciting logistics and warehouse projects valued between €200,000 and €4,000,000. Projects typically involve close collaboration with an internal design engineer and teams of 6–12 subcontractors on-site. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute fire protection installation projects across the Netherlands and Belgium Coordinate with internal engineers for drawings and calculations Oversee subcontractors and installation crews on-site Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality Maintain budget control and manage project timelines Schedule regular site visits (typically 2–3 days per week of travel, ~2–3 hours each way) Balance office presence (for team collaboration) with remote work flexibility Ideal Candidate Profile Preferred: Experience with sprinkler systems, either from a competitor (e.g., Aqua Security, ESP Safety) or within the fire protection space Open to: Junior profiles with no direct experience but strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and structure your own time effectively Dutch and/or English fluency Valid driving license (essential due to travel requirements) What's on Offer Competitive salary: €4,000–€6,000/month Company car + fuel card Phone + standard tools for the role 13.92 months salary annually Excellent job stability in a financially sound business A "small family feel" team culture within a larger group (now 700+ employees after a recent merger with Pyronova) Consistent project pipeline despite wider sector challenges
