Functieomschrijving Je doel is om de beste klantenervaring te bieden en het parcours van de klanten te vereenvoudigen door hen produkten en toegankelijke oplossingen aan te bieden die gebruiksvriendelijk zijn. De klant is altijd het voornaamste in alles wat je doet.

Als medewerker van de klantendienst van Proximus, is het je taak om alle binnenkomende oproepen telefonisch, via chat of een ander kanaal te beantwoorden. Het is dus van groot belang om de situatie en de behoefte van de klant goed in te schatten en de beste oplossing te bieden. 
Je tracht de problemen op te lossen vanaf de eerste binnenkomende oproep zodat onze klanten niet terecht komen in een doolhof van doorgeschakelde oproepen. De meest terugkerende vragen zullen gaan over het gebruik van de produkten en diensten van Proximus.
Vanzelfsprekend ben je natuurlijk geen tovenaar en indien het nodig is schakel je het probleem door naar meer daarvoor geschikte collega’s (tweede lijn, technicus, interventieploeg…).
Daarnaast, ga je ook op zoek naar de ideale oplossing voor de klant, binnen ons product portfolio, detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten (upsell en cross sell) en doet aan verkoop.
Dit laatste doe je op een kwalitatieve manier, naargelang de klantenbehoefte
Je kan rekenen op een volledige opleiding : een informaticadiploma is niet vereist, wel een passie om klanten te helpen. Het team zal altijd aan je zijde staan om die uitdagingen het hoofd te bieden.
Je prioriteit zal dus klantenervaring zijn. Dat betekent dat je dusdanig moet werken dat je de klanten op het voorplan zet door hen een professionele, duidelijke en onberispelijke dienstverlening aan te bieden. Profiel
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve capaciteiten en je blinkt uit in telefonisch klantencontact.
  • Door je analysevaardigheden kan je praktische problemen oplossen en vind je altijd de beste oplossing.
  • Dankzij je empathie kan je makkelijk het vertrouwen winnen van de klanten en hun behoeften leren kennen. Op die manier kan je hen ook de beste oplossing aanbieden. 
  • Je bezit een passie voor telecom en deelt deze graag in een commerciële context. Je houdt van verkoop
  • Je natuurlijke energie draagt bij aan de groepsdynamiek en aan een positieve en constructieve sfeer in je team.
