Function Description We are seeking a consultant specialized in Software Asset Management (SAM) to support the management of its SNOW (Flexera) platform and oversee the operational management of software licenses. Responsibilities Administer and maintain the SNOW Software platform daily (including License Manager, Inventory, SCCM/Intune/AD integrations). Continuously monitor software compliance for strategic vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, etc.). Provide regular reports on software usage, compliance, and costs. Identify discrepancies (over/under-licensing) and propose immediate corrective actions. Prepare for and manage vendor audits in coordination with internal teams. Support Finance and Procurement teams during contract negotiations and renewals. Optimize the software portfolio by ensuring reuse or removal of unused licenses. Stay informed about changes in licensing models (cloud, subscription, hybrid). Technical Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM). Strong knowledge of SNOW Software (License Manager, Inventory, SAM Intelligence). Expertise in licensing models for major vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe). Experience working in an ITSM / ITIL RUN environment. Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent). Communication & Language Skills Native proficiency in French or Dutch. English at C1 level (written and spoken). Excellent communication skills with RUN teams and non-technical departments (finance, procurement, legal).
