This international scale-up organization is fast growing and looking for a hands-on Solutions Lead Applications with strong expertise in applications.

Your primary focus will be on delivering technical designs and leading the execution of projects that simplify and standardize the architecture, helping the business achieve its strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to achive the best solutions.

Job description

  • Actively map, assess and optimize the current application and infrastructure landscape across global and local entities
  • Collaborate directly with business leaders to understand their requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead technical design efforts to create a future-proof, simplified architecture.
  • Take the technical lead in designing and executing a roadmap for application consolidation, cost reduction, and performance optimization.
  • Provide guidance and technical leadership to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Provide hands-on expertise to ensure smooth transitions during mergers, aligning with the overall architecture.

Required experience

  • Experience in IT architecture with a focus on solution and application architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience in application and infrastructure mapping.
  • Proficiency in leading projects and designing architecture that aligns with business strategies.
  • Familiarity with corporate function applications (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal).
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with a pragmatic and solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills, able to partner with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Certifications will be considered a strong asset: Azure Architect, Microsoft certifications, TOGAF, ITIL... certifications
  • Experience with tools such as Jira or enterprise architecture frameworks would also be advantageous.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch
