After several years of discussions with the world's largest industrial sites, two clear issues were identified:

- Production machines waste a lot of energy due to inadequate machine selection and inefficient points of operations.
- Those machines fail unexpectedly which causes unplanned downtime, a real nightmare for those production plants.

That's why we decided to create a cutting-edge technology solution from scratch to address these two issues.

You will be part of the Sales team responsible for building relationships with new clients in various industrial sectors and markets. You will work closely with our customer success team throughout the customer journey.As Insens continues to expand, you will also have room for professional development and internal growth.Specifically, your responsibilities will be to:

- Generate and develop commercial leads:

- Your main focus will be growing new business for Insens, detecting opportunities, identifying specific customer needs and translating these into the specific Insens customer approach
- Specialize in focus sector and research market segments:

- Your Key role will be pounding the pavement in the target sector like petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical.
- You also grow our existing customer base.

**Requirements**:

- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- 3+ years of full-time work experience in industrial environments (in the petrochemical or pharmaceutical is a plus).
- Proactive and hands-on attitude, with an eagerness to learn.
- Strong interest in a commercial role and working with clients.
- You are passionate about extending your professional network and approaching new customers by jointly creating solutions for their pain points.
- Demonstrable affinity with technology(vraiment nécessaire ?) and our values.

**Procedure**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
