**Payroll Specialist | Function**:

- Managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Taking the lead in payroll management, working closely with key stakeholders.
- Playing a proactive role in defining and refining payroll processes, acting as the HR Payroll system owner and offering comprehensive payroll support.
- Serving as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, on payroll-related matters.
- Building strong partnerships and maintaining open communication with the different team to ensure smooth payroll operations and collaboration.

**Payroll Specialist | Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or have equivalent education or relevant market experience.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of Payroll experience, ideally in a large-scale company.
- Are self-motivated, able to work independently, and enjoy finding innovative solutions, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Are passionate about both people and business, and enjoy working in a dynamic, ever-evolving international setting.
- Fluent in French and Dutch with a good level of English.
