**Your mission**

Strengthen Wagralim’s mission to Europe through projects and partnerships management.

**Your responsabilities**
- Setting up European projects_
- Feed the project portfolio
- Put together new project proposals
- Generate new project requests
- Integrate companies into these projects
- Examples of areas : European Green Deal, European Farm to Fork strategy, recovery of food system, biosolutions, ingredients, etc.
- Lead European-funded projects_
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the projects
- Be the link between the stakeholders, the companies, the authorities and the differents projects
- Operational project management :_
- Time, people and tasks management
- Track the budgets
- Ensure reporting and monitoring of KPIs
- Paiement tracking
- Lead Wagralim European partnerships_
- Strategic and operational coordination of the active partnerships
- Animation of the partnerships : Participate in steering committees, prepare presentations, take the lead on projects
- Represent Wagralim in the partnerships
- Participate in the European network on thematic areas
- Improve the participation rate of members in international projects_
- Participate in raising awareness on European projects (Workshops participation, etc.)_
- Participate in the general animation of the cluster and support actions of the other services._

- You already have a **significant professionnal experience** in the field of minimum 3 years.
- You have significant **pratical experience on project management**:

- You have **experience in EU-funded projects** and **understand** the European ecosystem
- You have a strong interest in the **agro-food ecosystem**:

- You are also interested in the following topics : European affairs and policies, innovation, economic development, international business, business development, etc.
