The IT Development Manager is responsible for providing an IT development service and continuously driving the improvement of the various IT systems. You are part of an IT department of about 35 people and you will manage a development team of 2 team leaders, 20 developers and 5 nearshore.
**Requirements**:
Planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the processes for writing and developing the software programs are tailor-made for you. You manage the daily workload of the development team and ensure that work is assigned, prioritized and completed within defined KPI’s. Together with your team you are constantly improving processes using the best practice method. Naturally with an eye to efficiency for the future and to achieve project objectives. Collaborate with various department heads and management team in discussing how the software developed can be improved and enhanced to achieve the project objectives. The Agile Scrum principle is not unknown to you. You like communication in all its forms. You will therefore do this at regular intervals with the business
