We begeleiden onze klanten jarenlang en doen er alles aan om hen centraal te stellen, samen met meer dan 200 medewerkers in Gent, Brussel, Tianjin (China) en Casablanca (Marokko).
Als onderdeel van onze groei zijn we op zoek naar een IT Support.
**Jouw taken**
- Je bent intern de first line support voor alle vragen betreffende hard
- en software, telefonie en netwerksystemen
- Je installeert en onderhoudt pc’s en netwerkomgevingen (infrastructuur)
- Je denkt mee aan mogelijke optimalisaties inzake informatica binnen het bedrijf
- Je ondersteunt de collega's bij vragen of aanpassingen om het gebruiksgemak van ons ERP systeem (Oracle Netsuite) en andere software te verbeteren
**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een Bachelorsdiploma in een relevante richting of bent gelijkwaardig door de nodige ervaring
- Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands, kennis Frans/Engels is een pluspunt
- Je hebt de nodige kennis van hardware en software
- Je hebt een hands-on-mentaliteit en gaat steeds probleemoplossingsgericht te werk
- Ervaring met een ERP-pakket is een pluspunt
- Je weerspiegelt jezelf aan de kernwaarden van EnergyVision: doelgerichtheid, integriteit en transparantie
Tewerkstelling voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Gent, flexibel om ook vanuit ons kantoor in Brussel te werken
