**Project Leader Production Oligo**

**Votre mission**
Le project Leader production assure le suivi des projets (clients externes) au niveau de l’équipe de production d’oligonucléotides:
- Le project leader production coordonne la réalisation et assure la supervision des projets de manière à couvrir les besoins/demandes du client (interne ou externe) grâce à ses compétences techniques, scientifiques et organisationnelles.
- Évalue la faisabilité du projet.
- S’assure de la planification du projet : disponibilité du matériel (raw mat, équipements, ressources humaines ) au début du projet.
- Participe activement à l’amélioration des techniques existantes, au développement, à l’évaluation et à l’implémentation de nouvelles méthodes de production pour les activités Life Science.
- Adapte les procédures existantes et/ou rédige de nouvelles procédures afin de garantir l’implémentation des développements effectués dans les procédés
- Ecrit des rapports scientifiques et assure la présentation des résultats et conclusions (protocole d’expérience, compilation des données, synthèse et analyse critique des résultats, identification des points critiques, conclusions et perspectives)

**Votre profil**
- Master scientifique (chimie organique, ou équivalent par expérience)
- Bilingue Français/Anglais
- Connaissance en informatique (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Une Expérience en production d’oligonucléotide et/ou production GMP est un atout
- Une première expérience dans le management de projet (contact client, CDMO) est un plus
