Laat je skills los op onze Must Win Battles. De afdeling Data Quality Management bij KBC wil niets minder dan operational excellence en kan daar jouw hulp bij gebruiken. Het Data Quality Management-team zit aan de **kern van KBC’s datagedreven strategie**, het DQM team supporteer KBC in de transformatie naar een toekomstgerichte, bionische organisatie waarin geautomatiseerde IT processes de capaciteiten van onze medewerkers en de focus op de klant centraal verder gaan versterken
We werken samen met alle entiteiten van KBC Groep - zes banken en vijf verzekeraars - om meer dan 4.500 rapporten te produceren. We verwerken honderden datastromen, doen er technische en functionele checks op, doen berekeningen en leveren rapporten op aan het management en aan regulatoren. Die moeten uiteraard correct en efficiënt tot stand komen.
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- In een gesprek met business stakeholders **capteer je de noden**. Die **vertaal je naar een gepaste IT oplossing op hoog niveau in samenwerking met de systeem (IT) architecten**. Hiervoor onderzoek je verschillende mogelijke oplossingen en ga je de haalbaarheid ervan na op het vlak van scope, budget, time-to-market en ability to execute binnen ons IT-landschap.
- **Je stelt je business case voor aan de business owners en stakeholders**. Dankzij jouw heldere uiteenzetting kunnen zij makkelijk knopen doorhakken en is er buy-in voor de gekozen oplossing. Dat gaat vlot, want jij hebt een oplossing uitgewerkt die aansluit bij de klantnoden, eenvoudig en efficiënt is, en rekening houdt met risico’s en veiligheid.
- **Je ondersteunt de product managers en product owners** om het project (epic) te concretiseren in features. Zo kan het team (een agile release train) er vlot mee aan de slag. Tijdens de implementatie kunnen ze bij jou terecht met vragen.
- Je visualiseert processen op zo’n manier dat ze voor iedereen duidelijk zijn. Je documenteert processen en hoe we van ‘as is’ naar ‘to be’ gaan.
- Je bouwt een professioneel netwerk uit binnen KBC Groep, onder meer onder de data stewards.
- Je houdt vinger aan de pols bij andere business cases, trends, procesveranderingen en roadmaps binnen KBC om synergieën te ontdekken. Je stelt je telkens de vraag of er verbanden zijn.
**Jouw troeven?**:
- Je hebt minstens één jaar ervaring als analist in een financiële omgeving of je hebt een stevige technische achtergrond in IT-architectuur en/of affiniteit met het capteren van business vereisten door voorgaande ervaring in studies gerelateerd aan computerwetenschappen, informatica of beleidsinformatica. Heb je ervaring met databeheer of werkte je al in een afdeling Finance, Risk of Treasury? Nog beter
- Sowieso heb je de **analytische vaardigheden en de drive om je onze business
- en IT-processen snel eigen te maken**. Daarbij zie je het grotere geheel, maar ook alle relevante details.
- Ervaring met** agile **werken is een must. We werken volgens het Scaled Agile Framework, kortweg SAFe.
- Je neemt graag **initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.** Je bent een echte professional die gaat voor het allerbeste resultaat. Individueel én in team.
- Je leert graag bij en denkt mee na over **continuous improvement**.
- Ook complexe processen kan je **gestructureerd en helder **voorstellen. Je deelt ze op in kleinere elementen en vertaalt de technische bewoordingen naar taal die business stakeholders begrijpen.
- Je **werkt graag samen met anderen, in een internationale omgeving**. Eens de coronamaatregelen het toelaten, ben je bereid om af en toe te reizen.
