Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verspreiding van kennis in de bouwsector door dagelijks technische, technologische, organisatorische en/of economische adviezen te geven aan aannemers en bouwprofessionals. Dit helpt hen bij het leveren van kwaliteitswerk en duurzame oplossingen.

Jouw kerntaken?
- Je beantwoordt technische vragen (schriftelijk, telefonisch en per video) van aannemers en andere bouwprofessionelen
- Je bent regelmatig op de werf om aannemers ter plaatse bij te staan met hun praktische problemen. In het begin word je uiteraard bijgestaan door een ervaren collega
- Op termijn kan je je verder specialiseren in een onderwerp dat je interesseert
- Je detecteert en verzamelt de behoeften en verwachtingen van de aannemers.
- Je werkt mee in toonaangevende werkgroepen intern en extern binnen je expertise
- Je schrijft mee aan praktijkgerichte artikels en je geeft voordrachten.
- Je bent alert op technische, technologische, organisatorische en/of economische innovaties op de werkplaats en deelt deze intern en extern om de verspreiding van kennis in de sector te versnellen, met de nadruk op schaalbare oplossingen.
- Je werkt actief samen met de R&D-teams om technische testen en economische onderzoeksprojecten te coördineren en biedt ondersteuning met advies.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Je hebt een diploma Master in de Ingenieurs of Industriële Wetenschappen Bouwkunde of Master in de Architectuur
- Analytische en pragmatisch tewerk gaan
- Je buigt technische bouwproblemen om in praktische oplossingen en adviezen
- Je bent een teamplayer
- Je bent klantgericht en je hebt een passie voor de bouwsector
- Je werkt georganiseerd en deadlines zijn een uitdaging
- Je kan vlot schrijven en rapporteren.
- Je bent leergierig
- Naast een goede kennis van MS Office, sta je open voor het gebruik van nieuwe technologieën zoals AI, ChatGPT etc
- Je brengt een boodschap op een inspirerende en betrokken manier over, met taal die is afgestemd op het doelpubliek. Het stoort je niet om af en toe moderator te spelen.
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven. Franse luister
- en spreekvaardigheden.
