**Duties**:

- Performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions in support of the activity to which assigned.
- Receives and reviews incoming documents for completeness taking or coordinating and tracking required action.
- Establishes and maintains offices files in accordance with regulatory guidance/procedures.
- Responds to customer inquires and complaints providing general information and assistance concerning office function, established procedures, etc.
- May be responsible for automated time and attendance processing.

**Conditions of Employment**:

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A probation period of one year may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

**Qualifications**:

- Progressively responsible clerical experience, which involved the use of calculations and personal computers to include Microsoft Office. (_Note: E_xperience must be equivalent to the NF-01 level_)._
- Ability to type 40 WPM.

**Education**:
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

**Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials**
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. **_If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._** When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
- Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

**PCS Costs**
- Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

**Foreign Overseas Allowances**
- Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) will not be paid in accordance with the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR).
