Le Leader atelier a pour mission d'accompagner ton équipe dans l'accélération et la transformation du service de réparation. En tant que responsable, il assure la gestion quotidienne de l'atelier mécanique, coordonne les travaux, gère le planning du personnel, et contribue significativement à l'efficacité, à la qualité, et à la rentabilité de l'atelier.
**Animation humaine**:
- Adapter les effectifs en fonction du flux client
- Gérer le planning des réparations et assurer une réparabilité optimale
- Evaluer la progression et les performances des collaborateurs lors d’entretien régulier
- Assurer la montée en compétence de ton équipe grâce aux formations disponible
- Etre acteur du changement et être inspirant au quotidien
- Assurer une assistance technique à ton équipe en étant à l’écoute de leurs besoins
**Être dynamique et orienté résultat**:
- Connaître le business model atelier et en assurer la profitabilité
- Atteindre des objectifs spécifiques en matière de qualité, productivité et rentabilité.
- Être garant de la qualité et effectuer des contrôles sur les prestations réalisées en vue d’une satisfaction client optimale
- Veillez à la mise en place mais aussi à l'optimisation des process atelier
- Analyse des KPI’s Atelier et élaboration des plans d’actions si nécessaire
- Tu possèdes une expérience de gestion d’équipe
- Tu possèdes un charisme certain, montre l’exemple et es inspirant
- Tu animes ton équipe sur les axes stratégiques afin d’assurer que les indicateurs de performance sont atteints
- Tu challenges et suis ton équipe de manière régulière afin de la faire grandir tant sur le plan humain que opérationnel
- Tu sais définir et donner un sens aux missions de chacun
- Tu communiques de manière efficace
- Tu es bilingue (FR/NL)
- Tu favorises la prise d'initiatives, l'autonomie, responsabilise de tes collaborateurs
- Tu prépares et accompagne efficacement le changement, quel qu'il soit
