**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- 4+ years current, detailed and relevant knowledge and experience
- Basic SQL and SQL*Plus knowledge
- Familiarity with configuration management / versioning procedures and tools
- Experience of working in a team that delivers a highly available service
- 4+ years current, detailed and relevant knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 (or higher)
- Basic understanding of the data model for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.x
- Working knowledge of the Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and/or the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
- 5+ years recent practical experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite Developer, demonstrating 24 months sustained period of performance on the previous 2 most recent assignments
- Detailed knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.x. focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite development, including but not limited to:
ü advanced knowledge of and experience with SQL and PL/SQL

ü experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Workflow and Developer tools

ü experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development

ü experience of working with Oracle Discoverer, Financial Statement Generator, Application Desktop Integrator (ADI), Web ADI and XML Publisher

ü detailed understanding of the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.x data model

ü experience in working under software development methodology and with software implementation lifecycle

ü knowledge of accounting fundamentals and experience in the development and maintenance of financial software

ü a high-level understanding of functional aspects of the Oracle E-business suite
- Experience of writing detailed technical documents based on functional design documents
- Knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG).
- Knowledge of and experience of oracle Workflow Business Event System

**Desirable Qualifications/Experience**:

- Recent experience of working in NATO
- Willing to work flexible working hours
- Knowledge of and experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE, OBIA)
- Knowledge of Java/ JavaScript
- Knowledge of and experience of upgrading E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 to E-Business Suite Release 12.2.x

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Participate and contribute to the upgrade of Oracle EBS from version 12.1.3 to 12.2
- Support the development and reviewing of documentation such as requirements definitions, functional and technical design documents, systems specifications or other deliverables
- Participate in and perform Testing activities and readiness assessments
- Develop Testing Scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Follow project approach and methodology
- Participate in frequent (daily, weekly) meetings with the team, observing the Teams schedule
- Provide briefings and presentations
- Participate in UAT and review UAT results
- Provide training for Key Users
