**As a Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Dstny's multi-year transformation journey, directly influencing the organization's strategic direction and long-term success.**
Your primary responsibility will be to drive, monitor and report progress on the implementation of key transformation programs within Dstny. in areas like top-line growth, operational & commercial excellence, operating model evolution, and cost efficiency. You will provide strategic support and advice to the Group CEO and COO, aiding in decision-making and planning, making sure the executive team is well informed and ready for all engagements.
**Operating within a high-matrixed and global organization,** you will have the chance to work across diverse business units and geographical regions, gaining valuable experience in navigating complex and dynamic environments. This role represents a unique chance to lead transformative change within an ambitious and fast-growing technology group, shaping the future of Dstny and your own career trajectory in the process.
This role requires an experienced strategic project manager or program manager who combines analytical skills with a pragmatic, polyvalent and agile approach. Someone who can navigate through uncertainty and risk, deliver precise and persuasive communication, and foster collaboration across the organization.
**_ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_**
Drive the implementation of transformation programs within Dstny:
- Define, structure and execute transformation activities.
- Mobilize stakeholders across Dstny (business units, enabling functions,) and ensure initiative owners design & deliver the right outcome on behalf of the transformation agenda.
- Translate detailed qualitative & quantitative analyses into clear business recommendations to drive the transformation program.
- Ensure sharing of best practices & solutions across initiatives.
- Ensure critical interdependencies & risks are mitigated or escalated.
- Monitor & report on progress of transformation (initiatives):- Drive and facilitate the full-company quarterly roadmap steering cadence, brought to life to create full transparency on initiative progress, upcoming priorities and implementation dependencies.
- Support Executive Team in identifying and resolving the right priority calls and (resource) trade-offs steer the overall transformation.
- Review & challenge the implementation of the initiatives with initiative owners;
- Create framework for progress and synergy tracking of the initiatives;
- Identify & mitigate roadblocks & risks.**What we're looking for in you...**:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management and delivery, ideally in strategy consulting.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Credibility to collaborate with senior stakeholders, and strong relationship building skills to create a rapport with the initiative owners.
- Thrive and proven success in a high matrixed and global organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
