**Here’s where you come in**
- Manage content calendars
- Create content daily: Social copywriting
- Content posting
- Grow and manage communities on Linkedin, Instagram & Facebook
- Optimize our content, continually doubling down on the content types and tactics that are driving the most growth
- Keep up to date with pop culture, trends, creative communities, and new technologies
**Here’s the experience and the “Nice to Have”**
- You have a degree or experience in Communication, Digital Marketing or any other relevant background
- You speak EN + FR
- You love social and you love content
- You got a deep passion for community building
- You’re creative and love to produce work that you’re proud of
- You have the ability to make relevant content across multiple platforms and have exceptional skills in at least one if not all of these: design, video editing, social media copywriting
- Can combine creativity and analytics with the ability to tell a story
- You’re willing to go beyond basic tracking to analyzing and drawing hypotheses, including providing a weekly digest of observations + recommendations
- You’re innately curious and have the ability to adapt + be flexible, whether with new tools, platforms, processes, etc.
- You’re responsible, accountable, cool, and always kind because you love the magic of collaboration
- You got a sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existing WIB/WIL family
- You have a smile on your face most of the time
