Hays Finance & Accounting is looking with the client, located in Antwerp, for a Financial & Business controller who wants to join a growth story.
**Description**
As a Financial & Business controller, your role entails analyzing both profits and losses, examining the balance sheet, and providing reports for the various entities under your responsibility. It is crucial for the Controller to diligently monitor any risks associated with outstanding items in the balance sheet and promptly alert Management about potential adverse risks. In essence, you serve as a vital link in the organization. Additionally, your tasks involve reviewing and enhancing processes related to estimating work in progress and gross profit, analyzing establishment results, and proposing various initiatives to enhance profitability. You also prepare information for audits and visits from Group Controlling, while supporting the control and monitoring of overhead costs.
**Profile**
- You have demonstrable work experience in a similar position
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus
- You have strong communication skills in English
- You are analytically strong, accurate and a team player
