**QUEL SERVICE REJOIGNEZ VOUS?**:
Digital Business Solutions (DBS), le département IT chez Sibelga, a pour objectif de soutenir l’ensemble des activités business de Sibelga. Il veille à doter Sibelga de processus efficaces et d’un système d’information performant pour soutenir ces processus, au gré de l’évolution des besoins et des technologies.

**VOTRE JOB**:

- Vous intervenez dans la gestion des demandes, par l’analyse des besoins business, l’identification de la solution et l’estimation des coûts.
- Vous accompagnez le cycle de développement : vous prenez en charge l’analyse détaillée des besoins et l’analyse fonctionnelle en utilisant BPMN, UML et Enterprise Architect.
- Vous challengez les solutions techniques proposées par les équipes de développement et contrôlez les livrables produits.
- Vous assurez les différentes phases de tests et accompagnez le déploiement.
- Vous veillez au maintien de la documentation de référence. Vous agissez en tant que référent fonctionnel pour le domaine.
- Vous intervenez dans la gestion des problèmes et effectuez la deuxième ligne de support aux incidents.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous êtes universitaire à orientation informatique, économique, industrielle ou scientifique
- Vous disposez d’une expérience de minimum 5 ans en tant qu’analyste fonctionnel.
- Vous êtes intéressé par les technologies mobile, la digitalisation de l’information et l’amélioration des processus.
- Une expérience dans la mise en place de solutions de gestion des travaux (Workforce Management Solutions), tels que SAP PM, Microsoft Project Server, Salesforce Field Service Lightning, est un plus.
- Vous êtes familier avec BPMN, UML et les méthodologies de testing.
- La connaissance des outils Entreprise Architect et JIRA est un plus.
- Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais et le français et disposez d’une connaissance de l'anglais technique professionnel
- Compétences clés : Capacité d’apprentissage, Capacité d’analyse, Orientation client et résultats, Rigueur, Précision et Communication.
