We are looking for a Senior profile to strengthen our Brussels based Office Agency team
What this job involves
Working as part of a team of experts in our Office Agency department, you’ll be responsible, as a Senior member of the team, to manage your daily business. This consists in:
Actively advising landlords on their leasing strategy, represent their interests and commercialize a portfolio of office buildings and projects in the Brussels area and its Periphery
Targeting future occupiers and organizing active prospection and marketing campaigns; negotiating and preparing leases or sales with both international and national companies
Seeking and sourcing new business opportunities in the real estate market
Carefully collecting and managing information in order to keep our database up to date.
Desired skills and experience for this job
You have at lleast 5 years of experience in a B2B sales function and/or in the real estate industry.
You possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with a strong customer service focus.
You have fluent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
You are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
You are positive and have a professional attitude.
You are proficient in MS Office.
You have an entrepreneurial and a self-starter attitude.
Most importantly, you are a team player and you want to work as part of a supportive and talented team.
