- **Innovation Portfolio Manager**: ICT & Digital - IT Management

- You will identify and map the innovation activities across the group
- You will maintain a comprehensive database, present it in a visually attractive way
- You will report and draw analytics of the portfolio, monitor the impact
- You will prresent contents to main stakeholders, communicate and promote internally and externally
- You will support overall internal and external communication of the Innovation team, support in setting up internal events
- You will find and match funding needs with existing subsidy calls

**Wat zoeken wij?**
**- You have Project portfolio management, portfolio visualization experience (Min. 3-4 years)
- You have the ability to see the big picture, align innovation activities with the company's strategic goals, and plan effectively for short and long-term objectives
- You have data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate and report on the portfolio
- You have good communication and presentation: effective internal and external communication. This includes the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- You have skills in managing change, as innovation often involves changing processes, mindsets, and company culture.
- You have interpersonal skills and experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and building strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, from team members to senior executives
- You speak English at a professional level
